This espresso machine is just WOW. It's excellent - totally awesome espresso. We have Café Bustelo already at our house that we use for drip coffee, but we really wanted an occasional espresso. I was skeptical of this machine, but after cleaning it and learning it a little bit, I am really pleased with the results. The espresso was very HOT, and it had a nice crema. I did have issues at first getting the knob to turn on the right-hand side, so beware - don't force it! You have to get water into the heating chamber first and then it will let it turn. I wasn't sure how to do this, so I ended up doing a "manual reset" (it's in the manual) and afterward, it worked perfectly. Be careful of what you are doing - particularly with the wand - it can let out dangerously hot steam and water. I didn't quite get it at first so be prepared for some user error if you aren't familiar with these machines yet. Don't have it where it can spray on anything that will get ruined or scalded until you really get how it operates. But it does work very nicely and I am very pleased!! It comes with a scoop and plastic tamper to get you started.
I have plenty of counter space but this single coffee cup machine is amazing at taking up less space. I’d definitely recommend to my collage friends. The sleek design of this better-than-Starbucks-coffee machine!!

Took a while to learn but now I’m a master barista…ok so maybe not a master, but it makes you feel like one. There was a learning curve if you have never made espresso before. It comes with everything you need and after reading the instructions I was ready to get started.
I cleaned all the parts and filled the water. I must admit I did not have the water tank fully down and I ended up leaking water on the counter before I figured out what I did. It comes with a scoop and tamper and most everything you need. Th e biggest thing I learned was to always set the dial in the middle after using it. The button controls are sensitive and you may accidentally turn it on and spray hot water on your counter. Oops!
To make a single or double shot you will need to have your puck in place and cup underneath and select single or double shot with the knob in the front coffee position. All the items are easy to clean and everything is a great quality. I’m actually surprised how compact it is and is smaller than my pod coffee maker.
I’ve used this for over 2 weeks now and the ease and consistency of the perfect shot is spot on. I’m going to make sure to do the cleaning it suggests every month to keep the quality of the espresso machine in top notch.

This machine has a smaller footprint, so it can fit into smaller kitchens or if you don’t have a lot of counter space. it has 3 brew opinions and comes with 3 filter heads for those regular grounds, nespresso pods and dolce gusto pods. these even come with a nespresso and dolce gusto pod so you can try it out for yourself
very easy to use and clean. this is not a loud machine either!
Nothing complicated about operating this machine and even though it is plastic and lightweight it does a fantastic job making espresso. Don't like milk in my espresso so I don't use the steam frother. Easy to clean assemble and create the perfect cup of espresso within minutes. It's so lightweight it's even portable. So far I've had no failures in extracting my coffee for espresso it's perfect every time. Like I said it's simple and easy to operate, easy to clean. If you're a big espresso nut like I am this is all you need.
I used to work at Starbucks for YEARS and I know a good cup of coffee. Not saying this is making a world class cup of espresso, but it is "good enough". Especially if you are like me and my wife, and you plan on just filling your latte with surgery syrups anyways.

love this machine. So appreciating the fact that I can use my own coffee in a decent size container holder. works so great I own two now..
This espresso machine works well, but the most important is that it’s sooooo pretty! It can be a good decoration too if you don’t use it a lot! Highly recommend it to coffee lover or if you need a great decoration for your home!
We love our new expresso machine. It gives you the appropriate amount of coffee so we don’t over caffeinate ourselves. I know that sounds crazy but I was drinking a yeti cup a day of coffee and creamer. The machine looks fancy on the counter top and makes it possible to mimic Starbucks drinks! You can pick the grinding size of your coffee and warm up your milk! I just love it!
This espresso machine has touch function on top of it, so I only need to touch to turns on and off. The touch buttons are very sensitive! Easy to use !
The color is a very comfortable white, I would say it’s more like Apple white with matte. It’s not odd when you place with other traditional black kitchen or home appliances!
There is only one thing I would like to give a suggestion, the espresso coffee holder cut is little difficult to take out from the handle…otherwise everything else are superb !
So far I'm only 3 days in but I love it. I'm a complete novice but after reading the manual, becoming acquainted with the machine, and practicing the frothing wand, it has been a fun and easy learning process! It's a huge bonus that they've included the espresso pods to get you started. I recommend using filtered water, not tap. It looks sleek and I don't mind the suction cups on the bottom. So far, so good! I'll update as time progresses.
This is a great looking machine, it makes great coffee and I love that you can use both pods or ground coffee. I had a Nespresso machine for ages but just did not like the flavor of their pods any more so I decided to try a new machine. This one fits our needs and it is super easy to use. Highly recommend!
I was so excited to receive this espresso machine , This machine is amazing for the price Easy to set up and clean. Is slim enough to fit in a small kitchen. The steam wand makes it super easy to frothing or steaming milk.
